Living in Geneva Switzerland after several years practicing with Dani in Beirut, this professionnally thought through and well diversified tool allows me to roll out my mat anywhere, anytime, for a class lasting the time I have available, the level I want to engage in or refine the Geometry of specific asanas such as headstand. It matters to me having the chance to progress in this familiar Dani dynamic I have known for several years in Beirut. Subtle music choices included.
Of course I would prefer the group dynamics in USQY, so I combine online classes with a local studio practice abroad.
